Nutritional Yeast is a great addition to sauces and toppings. It has that 'cheesy' plant based umami flavour that makes just about everything taste better! This "Nooch" also is fortified with B12, a vitamin missing from many plant-based ingredients. We buy it in bulk 20kg bags so are able to distribute it in small cheaper amounts in our jars! Depending on availability, it will be in powder or flakes form, sold in 125g, 250g, or 500g quantities.
If product is 'sold out' just means we are out of stock and waiting on a new delivery from our supplier.
