Our recipes are 100% free from all animal products (including honey and insect products) and all recipes have a gluten free option available: just choose the Gluten Free option from the drop down menu before adding your box to your cart. Our kitchen doesn't cook anything containing Gluten, and we package any gluten containing products very carefully, and separately to everything else in order to avoid cross contamination - the kitchen and tools used are also cleaned and sterilized between uses of Gluten products, as well as other allergens. Basically, we know what we are doing :)
