Nutritional Yeast is a great addition to sauces and toppings. It has that 'cheesy' plant based umami flavour that makes just about everything taste better! This "Nooch" also contains B12, a vitamin missing from many plant-based ingredients. We buy it in bulk 25kg bags so are able to distribute it in small cheaper amounts in our jars! Depending on availability, it will be in small flakes or powder form, sold in 125g, 250g, or 500g quantities.
If product is 'sold out' just means we are out of stock and waiting on a new delivery from our supplier.
