- All the ingredients* to make 1 Allium-Free recipe from our weekly Menu Calendar with 2 or 4 portions per recipe (choose from drop down menu above)
*Essential pantry items not included are oil, salt and pepper.
Best Before: We highly recommend you use up all of your box contents WITHIN 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that uses gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, sulphites, and soy. Click here for more information about allergens.
This box contains Gluten by default! For a Gluten Free Box, please select "Gluten Free" from the drop-down menu above.
Subscriptions:
If you choose to subscribe to this box option, your subscription will always be the Allium-Free option of the week, regardless of which number the recipe is (there will generally only be 1 option as we are still a small business doing very niche food already!). If you want a different recipe, please email us at least 48 hours before your delivery day to specify this. However please note as mentioned above that the ingredients themselves are not customisable.
