Welcome back Yum Jar whanau!
We hope you've all had a rejuvenating, restful holiday break, or managed to at least spend some time with family and friends and enjoying the summer sunshine..
With a fresh year comes a fresh start for us! As you may have noticed, we have made some changes to our website and Zero Waste Pantry boxes!
To make it easy to wrap your head around, here's the gist of all the new stuff.
In 2021 Yum Jar now:
- Has a new updated delivery zone map that includes all of Wellington, Lower & Upper Hutt, Wainuiomata, Porirua, Titahi Bay, and Whitby areas. See the Delivery Zones page for more info on when you can order a delivery to your area...
- Have ordering open 24/7! Our products will now always be available online, provided we are not completely sold out! The cut-off time will still be 9am Mondays, so any orders made after this time will not be processed or delivered until the following week.
- Offer a Box Creator option so you can now make up your own box from the recipes of the week! No more missing out on your fave recipe just because it's not in the 3-meal boxes..
- Make all box products available for delivery from Wednesdays, so the Self Love, Couple Goals and Creator boxes can now be received on all our delivery days.
- Have a whole month's menu available to view in advance on the Menu Calendar page! January is a short month, so you can only see the first two weeks right now, but from Jan 25th there will be a menu for all of February available, with the menu for the next month released in week 3 of each month in future.
- From Jan 25th will be offering proper subscriptions! Yes, no joke, this time we are incorporating a direct-debiting, recurring order option that will automatically reorder and charge your chosen account for you weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs. You will be able to edit, pause, and stop your subscription any time before the cut-off at 9am Monday each week!
- Have some more Zero Waste box options coming soon! We're working on getting local producers on board so we will have a little shop of Zero Waste add-on products, AND we're in the process of finalizing new types of boxes to complete your Zero Waste Pantry as you read this!
