A dish inspired by some of the amazing local Japanese food we have here in Wellington! A rich, stew-like, mildly spicy curry with carrot, potato and onion, served on brown rice, topped with toasted coconut, house-pickled radish and ginger, spring onion and fresh coriander. Consume or refrigerate immediately upon delivery. Consume within 3 days of delivery.
