Juicy mushrooms marinated in a house-made Thai curry paste, fried with mixed vegetables and simmered in a mildly spicy, ginger and basil curry sauce. This curry will be served on fluffy brown rice, topped with fresh basil and coriander, and roasted cashew nuts. Consume or refrigerate immediately upon delivery. Consume within 3 days of delivery.
