Nutritional Information

Please note: all ingredients, especially fresh produce, are subject to change at short notice due to seasonal availability, and also have slight variations in size, so the ingredients used for nutritional information cards may not be 100% accurate. The Nutritional Information cards are based off of the Gluten OK option for each recipe.

A note on our ingredients:

Salt: All our meals contain less than 1g of added iodised fine sea salt per serving.

Soy Sauce: Most recipes that contain soy sauce (only Gluten Free Soy Sauce is used) contain less than 1ml per serving, unless the recipe is a noodle or stir-fry dish, which can contain up to 5ml per serving.

Oils: Most of our sauces have less than 1ml of any oil per serving, unless they are an aioli, mayonnaise, or salad dressing, which can have up to 5ml per serving, for emulsifying purposes. We only use Olive-Pomace Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pure Roasted Sesame Oil, Peanut Oil, and Coconut Oil. We do not buy any products containing Palm Oil.

Sugar and artificial flavours: We do not use any refined sugars, and we do not add any artificial preservatives, flavours, or any MSG to our food. We occsionally use 100% Pure Canadian Maple syrup in quantities of less than 1ml per serving.
