8/6/21: Orders are now open for deliveries next week!

Tuesday deliveries now open!

Tuesday delivery options!
We are now able to offer deliveries on Tuesday 6pm-10pm of Treat Yourself and Date Night boxes to addresses located in our purple delivery zones! This means that Lower Hutt orders can be made on Wednesdays and Thursdays and not be an issue, as we can spread out our orders a bit more allowing more time and car battery for delivery. If you have an existing subscription for a TY or DN box, live in the purple zone, and want to change it to Tuesdays, please just email us and we can handle the changes for you, as some subscription orders will have already been processed for next week.

Delivery Zones Clarification
Last week our Delivery Zones were been updated and increased to include central Plimmerton, but as we can now offer Tuesday delivery, we actually can deliver to Lower Hutt (including areas west of the river) again from Wednesdays.

Delivery areas and times are now as follows:
Tuesday 6pm-10pm (TY/DN only) Wellington city and suburbs out as far as Porirua (West of motorway only,
see Delivery Zone map on our website)
Wednesday & Thursday 6pm-10pm (all box types): Same as above PLUS and Lower Hutt areas West of the river.
Friday 10am-5pm (all box types): All zones. Currently the only day for Plimmerton, Papakowhai, Whitby, along the Haywards, etc., Upper Hutt up to Te Marua, all of Lower Hutt including Wainuiomata and Eastbourne, and all of Wellington city/suburbs (but if you can order for an earlier day of the week, please do! Friday delivering is so widespread the fewer we have in the city the better).

Cleaning jars and returning trays
We have recently noticed some jars being unwashed on return to us, which is not pleasant and bad for hygiene purposes, especially during these unsafe Covid-19 times! Please ensure your jars are properly washed (by hand is fine, just so there is no food residue) so we can put them straight in our commercial dishwasher and everything is more hygienic, and they aren't tough on our staff to scrub!
Also, please return our herb trays! We've noticed a lack of herb trays coming back to us, and we need them! They get reused by the herb grower, Matt at Our Terroir, so please rinse in cold water (boiling or putting in dishwasher will distort them) and return them to us when you can. Thanks!

We hope you're enjoying your Zero Waste Pantry meal boxes! As always if you have any feedback or questions for us please don't hesitate to get in touch, by replying to this email or at yumjarnz@gmail.com
